We are also in the process of gaining our membership and accreditation from the Association of Residential Letting Agency (ARLA). Furthermore, in line with our aims and objectives for the community we have registered with the market leading tenant reference checking company to minimise the voids in rent arrears and property damage. Our Aim is to be the most ethical property management company hence why we have registered Lodge Stone Estates with the government run Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) to protect the deposit of your tenants which we can return at the end of their tenancy.
